O R D E R:

 The following Notification shall be published in the Telangana Gazette:

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE TELANGANA

DISASTERMANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY (SPECIAL

PROVISIONS) ACT, 2020.

The pay, pension or remuneration due and payable to State Government employees

including AIS Officers, public representatives, pensioners or other persons for the

months of March, April and May, 2020, which was deferred in part, vide Government

Orders 3rd and 5th read above, in terms of Sections 4 and 5 of the Telangana

Disaster Management and Public, Health Emergency (Special Provisions) Act, 2020,

shall be paid to such employees, pensioners or persons, as the case may be, in the

following manner:

a) In respect of Pensioners, the deferred amount will be paid in two

instalments in October and November, 2020.

b) In respect of All India Service Officers, Gazetted, Non Gazetted, Class-IV

employees of State Government, Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium/other

employees and elected representatives, the deferred amount will be paid in

four instalments in October, November, December, 2020 and January,

2021.
