ORDERS:

         Attention of all the Mandal Educational Officers/CRC HMs is invited to the reference that the Director of School Education, TS, Hyderabad, has issued instructions to follow Alternate Academic Calendar (AAC) prepared by SCERT and issued operational guideline through Google meet on 18.09.2020. The following points have been already discussed for effective implementation of conducting Digital Classes through zoom meeting on 21.09.2020. In view of the above all the HMs in the District are instructed to maintain the following registers / records in the school mandatorily. 

1. Log book.

 2. Teacher Diary. 

3. Abstract of mapping of digital devices - To be displayed. 

4. Assessment of LOCS of students.

 a) Student weekly status of PS/UPS/HS (to upload in the website). 

b) Digital classes-student wise subject wise grade. 

A model of the above registers / records are enciosed herewith. All the MEOS/CRC HMs are instructed to inform all the HMs, Principals, Special Officers in their jurisdiction to maintain the above and display the abstract of mapping of digital devices without fail.
