 project Director Sanction is hereby accorded for release of an amount of Rs.12,37,500 / - ( Rupees Twelve Lakhs Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred only ) to the School Management Committee Accounts of 1650 Schools ( @ 50 Schools per District in 33 Districts ) as shown in the Annexure enclosed herewith @ Rs.750 / - per School to meet the expenditure as below for conduct of School Level activity on Cyber Congress on 23.11.2021 as per reference 

Description of activity Badges to both Cyber Ambassadors : Posters , Stationery , Charts , Color papers , Crayons etc. Logistic arrangements for the meeting ( mic set if not available at school , refreshments to guests etc. ) . Flexi Banner & Documentation . Total Amount Rs.150 / Rs.200 / Rs.200 / Rs.200 / Rs.750 / Therefore , all the DEOS and EO - DPOs , SS in the state are requested to issue necessary instructions to the Headmasters of the respective Schools immediately and see that the activity is conducted in the respective Schools on 23.11.2021 duly following the guidelines in the reference 4th cited . Further , they are requested to ensure that the amount released to the School is utilized as per above financial norms strictly without any deviation . 

The State Finance Controller of this office is hereby authorized to draw the amount and credit into SMC accounts of respective 1650 Schools as per Annexure immediately . The expenditure is debited to the activity " Cyber Safety ( Secondary ) " under " Project Girls Empowerment ( Secondary ) " under " Special Projects for Equity - Recurring ( Secondary ) " for the year 2021-22 . 

This has got the approval of the Director , School Education & Ex - Officio State Project Director , Samagra Shiksha , Telangana , Hyderabad . 21.11.2 for Director , School Education & Ex - Officio State Project Director 22/11/2004 To All the DEOS & EO - DPOS , SS in the State .
