Read : Govt Memo No.1665 / SPF - I / 2021-2 , Dt.13.12.2021 of the GA ( SPF - I ) Department .

 ORDER : 

In the reference read above , the Government have informed that after allotment of personnel to various zones by the State level Committee and issue of orders by the Government Departments / HOD concerned , allotted personnel have to report to the zone concerned . Hence requested all the Secretariat Departments and HODs having zonal posts to designate an authority in each zone called Reporting Authority to which these allotted employees have to report . Accordingly , the Chief Executive Officer , ZPP / District Panchayat Officer shown at Col ( 6 ) in the Annexures I & II are hereby designated as Reporting Authority to which the allotted employees have to report . All the Chief Executive Officers , ZPPS and District Panchayat Officers noted in the address entry are requested to receive joining reports of the employees allotted to the concerned zone and submit daily report to the HOD .
