 I wish to inform you that the Secretary , Department of School Education & Literacy , MoE , GOI , New Delhi in the D.O Letter cited stated that the Department of School Education and Literacy has decided to launch a 100 - day Reading Campaign for children studying in Balavatika to Class VIII in January , 2022 in partnership with the States and Union Territories . I also wish to inform you that a Video Conference was held on this programme on 28.12.2021 and the Department of School Education and Literacy authorities have directed to nominate one Nodal Officer at State Level to look after the activities .

 In this regard the SPD , TSS , Hyderabad is nominated Sri . S. Vinayak , SCERT , Hyderabad as Nodal Officer of this programme . Encl : Guidelines on I enclose here with the original D. O letter received from the MoE . , GOI , New Delhi along with the guidelines on Reading Campaign for your ready reference . The weekly calendar of activities may be communicated to all management of Schools in the State and see that the activities are conducted accordingly . Reading Campaign I also request you to take necessary action accordingly as per the instructions given in the D. O Letter and pay personnel attention in making this 100 - days Reading Campaign a grand success . This has got the approval of the SPD , TSS . , Hyderabad .
