1) ELEC (ఇంగ్లీష్ లాంగ్వేజ్ ఎన్రిచ్మెంట్ కోర్స్) శిక్షణ లో భాగంగా 1st Spell కి హాజరగు ఉపాధ్యాయులందరూ ఈ సూచనలు పాటించగలరు...

2) శిక్షణకు హాజరగు ఉపాధ్యాయులందరూ ఉదయం 9.30 గం.ల వరకు ట్రైనింగ్ సెంటర్ (Venue) కు విధిగా చేరుకోవాలి.

 3) శిక్షణకు బయలుదేరే ముందు మీ స్మార్ట్ ఫోన్ లో....

Steps for registration

1. Please click the following link:

2. Once you click the link a form will open, fill-up the form, and click the

submit button.

3. Enter the correct details in all the fields, once you enter the details it

cannot be changed.

4. Your mentor will guide you through the process.

5. Once you submit the form, you will be registered for the course. You

will receive an Email conveying review process is in progress.

6. Once your application is reviewed, an email with login credentials will

be sent to your registered email id.

7. On login, you will be taken to change the password page

8. Upon changing the password, the code of conduct page will be shown,

on accepting the code of conduct, you will be taken to the course.

9. If you have any issues in logging in please write to

elecsupport@tribytetech.com The issues will be resolved within 24 hrs.

 8. పాస్‌వర్డ్ మార్చిన తర్వాత, ప్రవర్తనా నియమావళి పేజీ చూపబడుతుంది,

 ప్రవర్తనా నియమావళిని ఆమోదించిన తర్వాత, మీరు కోర్సుకు తీసుకెళ్లబడతారు.

మార్గదర్శకాలు

The teachers to be trained at Primary Level are the Secondary Grade Teachers and LFL HMs.

The training program will be conducted in 3 spells so as to reach all the primary level teachers

The KRPs have been trained at the State level and these KRPs have trained the District Level Mentors(DLM) from 14.03.2022 to 19.03.2022.

 The DLMs will conduct training to all the teachers in the district in Batches.

Every 3 DLM will form one team and need to train 45 teachers in face to face mode and support participants during the online training.

The primary level teacher training shall be conducted in blended mode which includes in the first week five days of Face to Face Training and the next 3 weeks of online training to be conducted through a web portal www.onlinecourses.apu.edu.in. 

The teacher training sessions at district level will begin from 21.03.2022 in the identified training centres at the Mandal Level.

Each Mentor will be assigned 15 teachers from each batch for guiding on the online training.

DEOs shall issue necessary instructions to the teachers to attend to the face to face and online training as per schedule and mandatorily complete the training and to the Mentors to conduct the training to the teachers assigned to them.

On day three (forenoon) of the face to face training all the teachers shall register themselves using laptop, desktop or mobile at the link https://onlinecourses.apu.edu.in/sites/onlinecourses.apu.edu.in/static/index.html.(User Guidelines for registering enclosed).

The progress being made by the teachers during the online training and the 

Mentors in providing guidance to the teachers shall be made available to the district and state level offices by Azim Premji University so as to ensure that each teacher completes the training.

Secondary

The teachers to be trained at Secondary Level are the School Assistants in 4 non-language subjects and the Gazetted HMs assigned to their subject specialization group.

The training program will be conducted in 2 spells.

There is a group of 264 Key Resource Persons (KRPs) @ of 2 teachers per subject for the 4 Non Language Subjects in each district (8 KRPs in each district who have been trained at State Level.

These KRPs shall train District Level Mentors (DLMs) in four Non-Language subjects from 21.03.2022 to 25.04.2022 at identified center in the district. The DLMs shall conduct training to all the teachers.

*🔸ప్రతి ఒక్కరు ELEC Training పొంది Certificate తీసుకోవడం Mandatory.*

*🔸Spell -I, Spell -II & Spell -III లో ఉన్న Teachers Names SCERT లో register అయిఉన్నవి. Training సమయం లో Online Attendance తీసుకుంటారు.*

*🔸Spell మార్చుకోవడం సాధ్యం కాదు. ఒకవేళ మీకు ఇవ్వబడిన Spell లో Attend కాకపోతే అన్ని Spells లోని Absentees అందరికీ Hyderabad లేదా Banglore లో Training ఇస్తారు.*

*🔸అక్కడ Attend అయి Training పొందిన Certificate తెచ్చుకోవలసి ఉంటుంది.*

*💥కాబట్టి ఎవరూ Absent కావద్దు*
