O R D E R:

Orders have been issued in the G.Os 3rd and 4th read above, extending the reservations for all categories of Backward Classes including the

percentage of reservation of posts & age concession for the purpose of recruitment for a further period of ten (10) years i.e. up to 31st May, 2031 and extending the scheme of reservation in favour of Persons with Disabilities including the percentage of reservation in posts, age concession for the purpose of recruitment & exemption from payment of the prescribed application fee in respect of applications submitted to Telangana State Public Service Commission for selection to various posts for another (10) years i.e.

up to 31st May, 2031 respectively, duly specifying that necessary amendments shall be made to the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.

2. Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in an extra-

ordinary issue of the Telangana Gazette dated:05.3.2022.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling the Governor

of Telangana, hereby makes the following amendments to the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, issued in G.O.Ms.No.436, General Administration (Services-D) Department, dated the 15th October, 1996, as

adapted in G.O.Ms.No.196, General Administration (Services-D) Department, dated the 28th May, 2016 and published in Part-I Extraordinary Issue of the

Telangana Gazette No.97, dated the 28th May, 2016 and as subsequently amended from time to time.
