కమీషనర్ , గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్ మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్ , హైదరాబాద్ మరియు డైరెక్టర్ ఆఫ్ మున్సిపల్ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్ , హైదరాబాద్ పైన చదివిన సూచనలలో రికార్డుల ప్రకారం , ఒక ఉన్నట్లు నివేదించారు . గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్ మునిసిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్‌తో సహా అన్ని పట్టణ స్థానిక సంస్థలలో పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న ఆస్తి పన్ను బకాయిలకు సంబంధించి రూ.1999.24 కోట్లు మరియు 2021-22 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరం చివరి నాటికి దాని బకాయి వడ్డీ మొత్తం రూ.1626.83 కోట్లు. కమీషనర్, గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్ మునిసిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్, హైదరాబాద్ మరియు డైరెక్టర్ ఆఫ్ మున్సిపల్ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్, హైదరాబాద్ ఆస్తి పన్నుపై 90% పేరుకుపోయిన బకాయి వడ్డీని మాఫీ చేయడానికి "వన్ టైమ్ స్కీమ్" (OTS) ను ప్రతిపాదించారు, పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారులు ఆస్తి పన్ను సూత్రాన్ని క్లియర్ చేస్తే వరకు 2021-22 సంవత్సరంలో GHMCతో సహా అన్ని ULBSలో "వన్ టైమ్ స్కీమ్ ( OTS ) స్కీమ్ " కింద ఆస్తులపై పన్నుకు సంబంధించి ఒకేసారి సేకరించబడిన బకాయిలపై 10 % వడ్డీతో కలిపి .

 2. విషయాన్ని నిశితంగా పరిశీలించిన తర్వాత, ప్రభుత్వం 2021-22 సంవత్సరం వరకు ఆస్తిపన్ను బకాయిల యొక్క సూత్రప్రాయ మొత్తాన్ని క్లియర్ చేసినట్లయితే, పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారుడు పేరుకుపోయిన బకాయిలపై 10% వడ్డీని క్లియర్ చేస్తే, ఆస్తి పన్నుపై 90% పేరుకుపోయిన బకాయి వడ్డీని మాఫీ చేయమని ఆదేశించింది. గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్ మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్‌తో సహా రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని పట్టణ స్థానిక సంస్థలలో "వన్ టైమ్ స్కీమ్ ( OTS ) " కింద ఆస్తులపై పన్నుకు సంబంధించి ఒకేసారి. ఈ పథకం అమల్లోకి రావడానికి ముందు ప్రస్తుత ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో 2022 మార్చి వరకు వడ్డీ/పెనాల్టీలతో సహా వారి మొత్తం ఆస్తి పన్ను బకాయిలను చెల్లించిన పన్ను చెల్లింపుదారులకు సంబంధించి, అటువంటి వడ్డీ/పెనాల్టీలలో 90% భవిష్యత్తు చెల్లింపులకు అనుగుణంగా సర్దుబాటు చేయబడుతుంది. . 

 3. ఆస్తి పన్నుపై "వన్ టైమ్ స్కీమ్ ( OTS ) " ప్రచార మోడ్‌లో తీసుకోబడుతుంది మరియు పథకం 31.10.2022న ముగుస్తుంది. 

 4. కమీషనర్, గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్ మునిసిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్, హైదరాబాద్ మరియు డైరెక్టర్ ఆఫ్ మున్సిపల్ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్, హైదరాబాద్ అవసరమైనవన్నీ తీసుకుంటారు. పదే పదే, ఈ పథకంపై విస్తృత ప్రచారం మరియు అవగాహన కల్పించడంతోపాటు, ఈ అడ్రస్‌లలో ప్రతి ఒక్కరికి చేరుకోవడం, సందేశాలు పంపడం, ఫోన్ కాల్‌లు చేయడం మరియు ప్రింట్ మీడియాలో ప్రకటనలు చేయడం / ఎలక్ట్రానిక్‌లో స్క్రోల్‌లు చేయడం వంటి చర్యలు. మీడియా మొదలైనవి , ఈ OTS విస్తృతంగా ప్రచారం చేయబడిందని నిర్ధారించడానికి మరియు పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న అటువంటి కేసులను గరిష్ట సంఖ్యలో చేరుకోగలుగుతుంది.

The Commissioner , Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation , Hyderabad and the Director of Municipal Administration , Hyderabad in the references read above have reported that as per the records , there is a due of Rs.1999.24 Crores towards pending arrears of Property tax in all Urban Local Bodies including Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and its arrear interest amount is Rs.1626.83 Crores at the end of the Financial Year 2021-22 . The Commissioner , Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation , Hyderabad and Director of Municipal Administration , Hyderabad have proposed " One Time Scheme " ( OTS ) for waiver of 90 % accumulated arrear interest on Property Tax , provided the tax payers clears the principle amount of property tax till the year 2021-22 together with 10 % of interest on accumulated arrears at one go in respect of Tax on Properties under " One Time Scheme ( OTS ) Scheme " in all ULBS including GHMC .

 2. After careful examination of the matter , Government hereby order waiver of 90 % accumulated arrear interest on Property Tax , provided the Tax Payer clears the principle amount of Property Tax dues till the year 2021-22 together with 10 % of interest on accumulated arrears at one go in respect of Tax on Properties under " One Time Scheme ( OTS ) " in all Urban Local Bodies in the State including Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation . In respect of the tax payers , who paid their entire property tax dues including interest / penalties upto march , 2022 during the current Financial Year prior to coming into force of this scheme , 90 % of such interest / penalties shall be adjusted against the future payments . 

3. " One Time Scheme ( OTS ) " on Property Tax shall be taken up in a campaign mode and scheme will close on 31.10.2022 . 

4. The Commissioner , Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation , Hyderabad and the Director of Municipal Administration , Hyderabad shall take all necessary . measures , repeatedly , during this period to take up wide publicity and awareness creation on this scheme including , inter - alia , reach out to each of these addresses , sending them messages , making phone calls and taking up advertisement in print media / scrolls in electronic media etc. , to ensure that this OTS is widely publicised and thus are able to reach out to maximum number of such cases where pendency is there .

 5. The Commissioner , Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation , Hyderabad and the Director of Municipal Administration , Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly . A mechanism will be set in a place to ensure daily monitoring and to ensure that OTS is done in a completely transparent manner .
