Sub:- SSC Public Examinations April 2023-Conduct of Spot valuation - Appointment of examiners-Certain instructions issued - Reg.

I am to inform you that, the SSC Public Examinations April 2023 are scheduled to be conducted from 03-04-2023 to 11-04-2023 OSSC Main Language Paper-1, Paper-II and Vocational from 12-04-2023 to 13-04-2023 respectively and the Spot Valuation of the SSC Public Examinations April 2023 is scheduled to be conducted from 13-04-2023 to 21-04-2023 both days inclusive for 09 days continuously in a single spell throughout the state in (18) spot valuation centers situated in 11 district head quarters On 08-04-2022 i.e., reporting day for CCO's/ACOs,/Spl Assts, a Reorientation Programme has to be conducted on Bar coding system, in the forenoon session and coding of answer scripts to be commenced in afternoon session.

1. therefore, request you to prepare a schedule and plan of action so that valuation of the Answer Scripts of all paper codes allotted to your camp is completed within the scheduled period duly following the guidelines issued by the under signed from time to time. Under no circumstances the camps shall be extended beyond the given date.

I also request you to make all necessary arrangements for the conduct of spot valuation camp in smooth manner. The book let containing detailed instructions for conduct of spot valuation will be sent through the Special Messenger so deputed for receiving the confidential material.
