Sub: SCERT, TS, Hyderabad - Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) - Feedback on the academic activities undertaken in the year 2022-23 and training needs of teachers - Communicating-Reg.

Ref: Instructions of the Secretary to Govt., Education Department.

All the DEOS in the State are hereby informed that SCERT, Hyderabad is designing a need based training model for the teachers of Telangana State to face unique challenges and needs in different contexts.

This training model empowers the teachers to choose specific training themes and topics enabling them to develop professionally in their interest/need areas.

So, to help us personalise the training model, we are launching a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) survey to get the teachers feedback that is extremely valuable to the process.

Hence, all the DEOS in the state are informed to take initiation and see that all Primary School Teachers of the State take part in the survey given in the following link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdtmJQHN3Ddwa8lTvhfozzJj-Bio-dAmk5erRlQ17vRjA4-CQ/viewform  and give their feedback on academic activities undertaken in the academic year 2022-23 and gather training needs of the teachers in the state.
