| PTM MEETINGS GUIDELINES |
The attention of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, Hyderabad & Warangal and all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above.
They are informed that Class wise Parent Teacher Meeting for the month of April, 2023 is to be held on 15.04.2023 being 3rd Saturday. But, in view of ongoing Summative Assessment - II for Classes I to IX, Class wise Parent Teacher Meeting shall be held on 24.04.2023 instead of 15.04.2023 in all Government & Local body Schools in the State as per guidelines in the reference 1st read above. The main objective of the Parent Teacher Meeting to be held on 24.04.2023 shall be:
Guidelines for Parent Teacher Meeting
1) To discuss on students' academic performance class wise & student wise with parents for all Classes.
ii) To exhibit the students' academic performance in terms of FLN standards for classes I to V.
iii) To make parents aware on the academic & social strengths of their wards and to encourage them to make the greatest gains.
iv) To celebrate achievements of School viz., by students, teachers and SMC during the current academic year.
v) To discuss and get a general outline on parent expectations and school expectations for the next academic year.
vi) To discuss with parents on the class wise academic plan for the next year. vii) To make parents aware that they have to take lead for enrollment of all school age children of the habitation in School.
viii) To discuss on roles & responsibilities of teacher and parent to make students successful in class & society.
In this context, they are requested to ensure the following:
i). Prior intimation to parents by sending invitation in writing through the students of the School by HMs well in advance to invite them for PTM in order to ensure 100% participation by parents as role of parents is crucial for academic growth of their children.
ii) HMS shall specially focus on parents who did not turn up so far for PTMs and to ensure their attendance.
iii) As most of the parents in Rural Area are engaged in agriculture work and in Urban Areas are engaged with other works, it is suggested that the PTM may be held from 7.30 AM onwards to enable the parents to attend the Meeting.
iv) HMS shall record minutes of meeting.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to issue necessary instructions to the MEOS and HMs of all Government & Local body Schools for conduct of Class wise Parent Teacher Meeting for the month of April, 2023 on 24.04.2023 from 7.30 AM onwards in all Government & Local body Schools as mentioned above.
Further, all monitoring officials at Mandal, District and State Level under School Education Department have to attend the PTMs without fail to ensure effective conduct of PTMs.
This should be treated as Most Important.

ఉపాధ్యాయులు విద్యార్థులు తల్లిదండ్రులు సమావేశం మార్గదర్శకాలు
1) విద్యార్థుల విద్యా పనితీరుపై తరగతుల వారీగా & విద్యార్థుల వారీగా అన్ని తరగతుల తల్లిదండ్రులతో చర్చించడం.
ii) I నుండి V తరగతులకు FLN ప్రమాణాల పరంగా విద్యార్థుల విద్యా పనితీరును ప్రదర్శించడం.
iii) వారి వార్డుల విద్యా మరియు సామాజిక బలాలపై తల్లిదండ్రులకు అవగాహన కల్పించడం మరియు గొప్ప లాభాలు పొందేలా వారిని ప్రోత్సహించడం.
iv) ప్రస్తుత విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో విద్యార్థులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు మరియు SMC ద్వారా పాఠశాల సాధించిన విజయాలను జరుపుకోవడానికి.
v) తదుపరి విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో తల్లిదండ్రుల అంచనాలు మరియు పాఠశాల అంచనాలపై చర్చించడానికి మరియు సాధారణ రూపురేఖలను పొందడానికి.
vi) వచ్చే ఏడాది తరగతుల వారీగా విద్యా ప్రణాళికపై తల్లిదండ్రులతో చర్చించడం. vii) బడి వయస్సులో ఉన్న పిల్లలందరినీ పాఠశాలలో చేర్పించేందుకు తల్లిదండ్రులు ముందుండాలని వారికి అవగాహన కల్పించడం.
viii) తరగతి & సమాజంలో విద్యార్థులను విజయవంతం చేసేందుకు ఉపాధ్యాయులు మరియు తల్లిదండ్రుల పాత్రలు & బాధ్యతలపై చర్చించడం.
ఈ సందర్భంలో, వారు ఈ క్రింది వాటిని నిర్ధారించడానికి అభ్యర్థించబడ్డారు:
i). వారి పిల్లల విద్యాపరంగా ఎదుగుదలకు తల్లిదండ్రుల పాత్ర 100% కీలకమైనదని నిర్ధారించడానికి, PTM కోసం వారిని ఆహ్వానించడానికి చాలా ముందుగానే HMలు పాఠశాల విద్యార్థుల ద్వారా వ్రాతపూర్వకంగా ఆహ్వానం పంపడం ద్వారా తల్లిదండ్రులకు ముందుగా తెలియజేయడం.
ii) PTMల కోసం ఇప్పటివరకు రాని తల్లిదండ్రులపై మరియు వారి హాజరును నిర్ధారించడానికి HMS ప్రత్యేకంగా దృష్టి సారిస్తుంది.
iii) గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతంలోని చాలా మంది తల్లిదండ్రులు వ్యవసాయ పనుల్లో నిమగ్నమై ఉన్నందున మరియు పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఇతర పనుల్లో నిమగ్నమై ఉన్నందున, తల్లిదండ్రులు సమావేశానికి హాజరయ్యేందుకు వీలుగా పేటీఎంను ఉదయం 7.30 గంటల నుంచి నిర్వహించవచ్చని సూచించారు.
iv) HMS సమావేశ నిమిషాలను రికార్డ్ చేస్తుంది.
