Sub:- TSS, Hyderabad - Termination of the Services of personnel working Under Samagra Shiksha on contract/outsourcing basis at different level for the year 2022-23- Engaging the services afresh for the Academic year 2023-2024-Orders issued.

The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex- Officio District Project Officers of SS in the State is invited to reference read above.

They are requested to terminate the services of MIS Coordinators, Data Entry Operators, Inclusive Education Resource Persons, Cluster Resource Persons, DLMTs, Messengers, System Analysts, APOS, Accountants, District Technical Persons, office subordinate and Night Watchmen of DPO Hyderabad, at various levels such as CRCS, MRCS & DPOS working on outsourcing/contract basis during the year 2022-23 on 21.04.2023.

The Part Time Instructors at School Level and Helper Aya (Care Giving Volunteer) in Bhavitha Centres/IERCS are to be terminated on 24.04.2023 i.e., on the last working day of the Academic Year 2022-23.

Further, all the District Educational Officers & Ex- Officio District Project Officers of SS in the State are requested to engage the services of MIS Coordinators, Data Entry Operators, Inclusive Education Resource Persons, Cluster Resource Persons, DLMTS, Messengers, System Analysts, APOS, Accountants, District Technical Persons, Office Subordinate and Night Watchmen of DPO Hyderabad, at various levels such as CRCS, MRCs & DPOS afresh for the Academic year 2023-24 from 25.04.2023 by maintaining 3 days gap between two contract periods pending review of their performance during 2022-23 by entering into a fresh contract agreement with the individuals engaged on contract basis and a fresh contract agreement with outsourcing agency duly following the procedure for selection of outsourcing agency.

Separate instructions will be issued later for engaging the services of Part Time Instructors and Helper/Ayas (Care Giving Volunteer) for the Academic Year 2023-24.
