The attention of all the District Educational Officers & EO-DPOs, SS in the State is invited to the subject cited and they are requested to terminate the services of all the Teaching & Non-Teaching Staff working in on contract / outsourcing basis in KGBVs Type II, III & IV(Girls Hostels attached to Model Schools) & URSS during the Academic Year 2022-23 on 21.04.2023 and take action to engage their services for the Academic Year 2023-24 afresh w.c.f. 25.04.2023 by maintaining 3 days gap between two contract periods duly following Samagra Shiksha norms and existing terms and conditions by entering into a fresh contract agreement with the individuals engaged on contract basis and a fresh contract agreement with outsourcing agency duly following the procedure for selection of outsourcing agency subject to their performance appraisal of the year 2022-23, duly utilising the Appraisal Formats communicated vide reference 1" read above.
Further, they are instructed to take up Door-to-Door Survey in the catchment area for campaigning to enrol the targeted girls in KGBV, updating of records, taking online sessions, attending capacity building programmes, counselling, taking up of required repairs, upkeep of KGBVS cte. by the Teaching & Non-Teaching Staff in Kastruba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas including Girls Hostels attached to Model Schools and Urban Residential Schools during the summer vacation.
Therefore, they are directed to comply the above instructions scrupulously and submit compliance report to this office accordingly.
