It is informed that, the Director, Treasuries and Accounts department has informed that, the DDS/DTOs in coordination with the ZP GPF maintaining authorities were instructed to transfer the ZPP GPF PD Account balances in respect of the employees of ZPPs / Teachers who were posted in other districts as per the module developed in IFMIS and requested to kindly look into the matter and issue necessary instructions to the Chief Executive Officers of the Zilla Praja Parishads in the erstwhile districts to transfer and adjust the ZPP GPF opening balances correctly to the individual accounts where the employee is presently working i.e., new districts vide reference 1st cited.
In view of the above, following instructions are hereby issued to all the Chief Executive Officers of erstwhile Zilla Praja Parishads and Chief Executive Officers of newly formed Zilla Praja Parishads.
1. Chief Executive Officers of erstwhile Zilla Praja Parishads has to bifurcate the ZPGPF PD accounts and transfer the principle amounts to new districts inrespect of PR employees/ Teachers duly updating the individual accounts.
ii. Chief Executive Officers of erstwhile Zilla Praja Parishads have to transfer the available interest amounts and balance interest amount after receipt of interest from the Government.
iii. Chief Executive Officers of New Zilla Praja Parishads have to update treasury passbooks pertaining to transferred amounts.
iv. Chief Executive Officers has to process sanction of Loans, Part-final Payments, final payments as per GPF rules issued in time to time to all the subscribed working employees after creation of user ID and password by the E-Panchayath.
v. The Chief Executive Officers are requested to take necessary action
for distribution of GPF annual account slips to all ZPGPF
subscribers.
Therefore, all the Chief Executive Officers of ZPPs in the State are instructed to adjust the ZPP GPF opening balances correctly to the individual accounts where the employee is presently working i.e., new districts as per the module developed in IFMIS by the DTA, TS Hyderabad in coordination with the Audit and District Treasury Officers of respective districts
