All the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio District Project Officers of TSS in the state are informed that, the AWP&B 2022-23 process started with the instructions of MoE, Government of India as a part of preparation of plan, the availability of schooling facilities as per Section (6) of RTE Act 2009 neighbourhood schools information and eligible children for Transproation facility to be furnished to Government of India at the time of appraisal of AWP&B 2022-23.

In this connection, the neighbourhood format communicating to collect the information of schooling facility along with transportation facility to the eligible children I to X for habitation wise (formats enclosed).

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers & Ex-officio District Project Officers in the State are requested to issue instructions to the concerned Mandal Educational Officers / Head Master of the Schools to collect the information of the eligible children for classes I to X habitation wise in the neighbourhood format as prescribed and submit to this Office by
