Adjustment of excess CRPs within the District No.1884/SS/T4/2023.Date: 08-05-2023.

Sub: Telangana Samagra Shiksha, Hyderabad - Cluster Resource Persons (CRPS) working at School Complex Level on contract basis - Adjustment of excess CRPs within the District in the School Complexes where CRPS are not available - Certain Instructions - Issued - Reg.

The attention of all the DEOS & EO-DPOS, SS in the State is invited to the subject cited. Cluster Resource Persons (CRPS) are to be available in the School Complexes @ one each to take their services towards identification of Out of School Children, enrollment of all school age children in the schools under the jurisdiction of School Complex, to provide assistance to the School Complex HM in all activities under Samagra Shiksha etc. It is noticed that though CRPS are working in excess in certain School Complexes and their adjustment in the School Complexes where no CRP is available is not being taken up by the DEOS & EO-DPOS, SS in the State. Therefore, it has been decided to adjust excess CRPS by allotting to the School Complex in which no CRP is working at present.

In this context, the following guidelines are issued for strict compliance.

1) To identify School Complexes where CRP is not available. ii) To Identify excess CRPS in a School Complex i.e., one CRP per one School Complex. While doing so, the senior most CRP shall be provided an option whether to continue or shift to other School Complex in the district where CRP is not available as per (1) above. If the senior most CRP wish to retain in the same School Complex, then the junior most shall be identified as an excess, otherwise the senior most CRP shall be identified as excess for adjustment.

iii) The excess CRPS thus identified, are to be adjusted in the School Complexes where

CRP is not available as per following criteria.

a. Adjustment within the Mandal.

b. Adjustment in neighboring Mandals within the District. c. Adjustment within District.

iv) Adjustment of excess CRPS in school complexes where there are

vacancies in the district is mandatory. v) The above process shall be taken up with the approval of the District Collector & Chairperson, Samagra Shiksha of the District.

Therefore, the DEOS & EO-DPOS, SS in the State are requested to take up the process of adjustment of CRPS as above immediately and issue orders instructing the concerned CRPS to work in the allotted School Complex and their monthly remuneration shall be drawn from newly allotted School Complex only.

They are requested to complete the above process by 12-05-2023 and furnish compliance report in the matter by furnishing the details of CRPS in the School Complexes in the district in the enclosed format to this office by 15-05-2023 both in soft & hard copy to email id plamists@gmail.com.
