School Education Conduct of SSC Advance Supplementary Examinations, May/June 2023 Instructions issued to all the Heads of Schools including Clerical staff and Office Subordinates to be present during Summer Vacation - Reg.

Ref: 

Lr.Rc.No.149/B-2/2023, Dated 10.05.2023 of the Director of Government Examinations, Telangana State, Hyderabad.

All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that, the Director of Government Examinations, Hyderabad in the reference read above has informed that the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, June-2023 are scheduled to be conducted from 14.06.2023 to 22.06.2023 for which, the presence of all the Head Masters/ Clerical Staff/ Office Subordinates of all Secondary Schools are essentially required for the following purposes-

To receive extract of nominal rolls of failed candidates

i)  To receive fail memos of the failed candidates.

ii ) To receive and remit the examination fee.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to issue necessary instructions.

1. Prevent all the Heads of Secondary Schools under all Managements along with one Non-Teaching Staff including Office Subordinate personnel from availing summer vacation, with effect from the date of release of results of SSC April 2023 to till re- opening of Schools.

2. Obtain the names of personnel who are requesting for prevention and issue specific

orders of prevention of summer vacation as per need. 3. Earned Leave may be preserved for all those employees who are prevented from availing summer vacation as per leave rules.

Further, they are requested to entrust the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations work to a senior teaching staff of the school where there is no sanctioned clerical post or if the post is vacant.
