SE-Pension PSS Adopt & Implementation of the orders of the Dept. of Pension & PW Govt. of India dt.17.02.2020, regarding guidelines for extending the benefit of the pension scheme under Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972 -Certain information called for Reminder Reg.
Ref:
1. U.O.Note.No.1273065/FINO1-HROMISC/87/2022-HR-III, dt.08.08.2022 of the Finance (HR.III-pension, GPF) Department.
2. Govt.Memo.No. 1816179/A1/General/2022 dt:25.08.2022 of School Education Department. 3. From the CSE,Lr.Rc.No.ESE02-17/96/2022-PS1- CSE, Dated:27.02.2023.
The attention of the all HoDs under control of School Education Department is invited to the reference 2nd cited, wherein they have been requested to furnish the information regarding the employees, where results for recruitment were declared before 01.09.2004 (CPS adoption date in the AP State) against the vacancies occurring on before 31.01.2004 but joined duty on after 01.09.2004.
2. In this regard, vide his letter 3rd cited, the Commissioner of School Education has furnished the details of Alded Teachers only and the details of regular employees also required in this regard.
3. Even after a lapse of nearly one year, reply has not been received from them.
4. They are therefore, requested to furnish the reply to the Government by 15.05.2023 positively. so as, to furnish the same to the Finance
Department as desired. 5. This may be treated as "Most Urgent" and "Time Bound"
