How to update students details in UDISE plus website complete procedure in Telugu through mobile and desktop 

HMలందరికీ plz ఎగువ వీడియోను చూడండి మరియు UDISE+ వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో విద్యార్థుల వివరాలను అప్‌డేట్ చేయండి, ఈ అప్‌డేషన్ ప్రక్రియ ఈ నెల 15 నాటికి పూర్తవుతుంది కాబట్టి HMలందరూ 15వ తేదీలోపు అత్యంత అత్యవసరంగా పూర్తి చేయాలి.

Requested to all HMs plz watch above video and update students details in UDISE+ website, this updation process complete by 15th of this month so all HMs plz complete by 15th most urgent.

As per the instructions of the ASPD Sir and PC Sir.,

Regarding student info validations in UDISE+ Portal..... as per the observations at ZOOM meeting by ASPD Sir only few districts concerned are updating student info…..….

pl make a note, and speed up… still the districts concerned who are slow in validation, pl disseminate the info (Proceeding) to all the HMs/Principals …..

 ps,ups,hs ,kgbv,model,Tmreis,Aided,MJB and tswrs స్కూల్ Head masters కు తెలియ జేయునది ఏమనగా https://sdms.udiseplus.gov.in/p2/v1/login?logout Student website లో udise form డౌన్లోడ్ చేసినపుడు మీ మొబైల్ messge Box లో username,password otp గా రావడం జరిగింది ఆ username,password ని మీరు https://sdms.udiseplus.gov.in/p2/v1/login?logout website లోకి లాగిన్ కావోచు అయిన తరువాత view/managment లోకి వెళ్ళిన తరువాత GP,EP,SF అనే 3 optinos మీకు కనబడుతాయి అపుడు మీరు GP option లోకి వెళ్లి students details అన్ని మీరు ఒక్కసారి చెక్ చేయండి ఎక్కడైనా మార్పులు ఉంటె చేయండి లాస్ట్ కు సబ్మిట్ చేయండి .ఈ విదంగా ప్రతి స్టూడెంట్ డీటెయిల్స్ update ఈ నెల 15.05.2023 వరకు చేయమని డిస్ట్రిక్ట్ నుండి చాల వొత్తిడి ఉంది కావున మీరు అర్థం చేసుకొని సకాలం లో పూర్తి చేయగలరని మనవి

Procedure for desktop computer laptop users

👆అందరు HMలకు విజ్ఞప్తి :

*పై వీడియో ను తప్పనిసరిగా పూర్తి అయ్యేంతవరకు చూడండి.

*15.5.2023 లోగా UDISE + Central portal లో students data తప్పనిసరిగా approve చేయాలి.

*అన్ని రాష్ట్రాల students Central government యొక్క ఒకే portal లో ఉండాలని central government యొక్క నిబంధన కాబట్టి మీ school లోని ప్రతి student ను ఇందులో approve చేయవలసిందే.లేకపోతే ఆ student కు certificate issue ఇబ్బందులు వస్తాయి.

*Date extened చేయడం ఉండదు.

*ఇది తప్పనిసరిగా 15.5.2023 లోగా పూర్తి చేయవలసిన time bound programme.

*ఈ central portal లో ఎలాంటి technical issue లేదు. చాలా speed గా అవుతుంది. మీరు start చేస్తే 100 మంది students ను 30 నిముషాల లోపుగా approve చేయవచ్చు.

*ఇప్పుడే work start చేయగలరు.

*ఈరోజే మీ school యొక్క అందరి students data approve చేయడం పూర్తి చేయగలరు .

UDISE plus వెబ్ సైట్ లో స్టూడెంట్ వివరాలు ఎలా అప్ డేట్ చేయాలో స్టెప్ బై స్టెప్ వివరాలు

1. స్టెప్ 1:

ఇక్కడ క్లిక్ చేసి వెబ్ సైట్ లోకి లాగిన్ అవ్వండి

స్టెప్ 2: 

List of All Students పైన క్లిక్ చేయండి 

స్టెప్ 3

తరగతి, Entry Status లో Not Started సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోండి.

స్టెప్ 4 :

మీరు సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకున్న తరగతి పిల్లల పేర్లు కనబడతాయి. అప్పుడు విద్యార్థి పేరు మీద టచ్ చేయండి.

స్టెప్ 5

Update పైన క్లిక్ చేయండి తర్వాత Next పైన క్లిక్ చేయండి తర్వాత పేజీ వస్తుంది.

మొత్తము ఒక్కొక్క విద్యార్థికి మూడు పేజీ లు ఉంటాయి.

1. పేజీ లో విద్యార్థి వివరాలు,

2. పేజీలో హాజరు వివరాలు

3 పేజీలో మిగతా వివరాలు ఉంటాయి. ఇలా ప్రతి పేజీలో save చేస్తూ వెళ్ళాలి.

చివరగా, అన్ని వివరాలు ఉన్న పేజీ నీ చూసుకుని Complete Data పైన క్లిక్ చేయండి 

ప్రశ్న 1 🤔 

విద్యార్థుల కు ఆధార్ కార్డు లేనట్లయితే ఏమి నమోదు చేయాలి.

జవాబు:

విద్యార్థులకు ఆధార్ కార్డు లేనట్లయితే 9999 9999 9999 నమోదు చేయండి

ప్రశ్న 2 

విద్యార్థుల కు తల్లిదండ్రుల ఫోన్ నంబర్ అందుబాటు లో  లేనట్లయితే ఏమి నమోదు చేయాలి.

జవాబు:

విద్యార్థుల కు తల్లిదండ్రుల ఫోన్ నంబర్ అందుబాటు లో లేనట్లయితే 99999 99999 నమోదు చేయండి.

ప్రశ్న 3

యూజర్ ఐడి, పాస్ వర్డ్ ఏమిటి ?

జవాబు:

యూజర్ ఐడి అనగా మీ పాఠశాల UDISE కోడ్

పాస్ వర్డ్ అనగా పోయిన నెలలో UDISE ప్లస్ వెబ్ సైట్ లో నమోదు చేసిన పాస్ వర్డ్ .

యూజర్ ఐడి, పాస్ వర్డ్ మరచి పోతే ఎలా ?

జవాబు:

UDISE plus వెబ్ సైట్ లో Forgot Password పైన క్లిక్ చేయండి లేదా ఈ క్రింద క్లిక్ చేయండి

1. మీ పాఠశాల UDISE కోడ్, మీ HM నంబర్ నమోదు చేయాలి.

2. పాస్ వర్డ్ కొత్తది మీ HM నంబర్ కు SMS వస్తుంది.

౩. ఎస్ఎంఎస్ ద్వారా వచ్చిన పాస్ వర్డ్ నమోదు చేయగానే కొత్త పాస్ వర్డ్ తయారు చేసుకోవాలి.

ఈ పాస్ వర్డ్ లో ఒక పెద్ద అక్షరం, ఒక చిన్న అక్షరం, ఒక అంకె, ఒక గుర్తు ఉండాలి

సులభంగా గుర్తు పెట్టుకోడానికి,

మీ పాఠశాల పేరు MPPS AMALAPURAM అయితే

PSamalapuram@1 గా పెట్టుకోవచ్చు.
