Payment of Remuneration to the Contract Residential Teachers working in Tribal Welfare Educational Institutions under the administrative control of Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, TS, Hyderabad for (12) months instead of existing (10.5) months during the Financial Year 2022-23 Permission-Accorded Orders-Issued

ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, TS, Hyderabad in the references 1, 2 & 3 read above, after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord permission for payment of remuneration to the Contract Residential Teachers working in Tribal Welfare Educational Institutions under the administrative control of Commissioner of Tribal Welfare for (12) months instead of existing (10.5) months during the Financial Year 2022-2023 on par with other similar Residential Educational Institutions.

2. The expenditure shall be met under the Head of Account 2225-02-277-00-05-

3. The Commissioner of Tribal Welfare, TS, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.

4. This order issued with the concurrence of the Finance (HRM.VII) Department, vide

their U.O. No 1960506/312/A2/HRM. VII/2023, dated 30.04.2023 (BY ORDER AND IN THE NAME OF THE GOVERNOR OF TELANGANA)
