The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the subject cited above and they are informed that the Department of School Education, Telangana is organizing teleconference on "Do-it-Yourself (DIY) Hackathon" in online mode, on 20th June, 2023 as a part of Telangana Dashabdhi Utsavalu with HMs, Science & Mathematics teachers and Students of class 8-10 of Govt. schools (Govt, ZP, KGBV, TSMS, Residential schools) in the state on 16-06-2023 from 11.00 am to 12.00 noon.

The teleconference will be addressed by department officials and Phani Kondepudi,

K12 Activity Academy Pvt. Limited, Hyderabad. Therefore, all the DEOS are requested to give instructions to all Upper Primary and

Secondary Schools under your jurisdiction schools on the following aspects:

1) To give instructions to the DY. Eos and MEOS to identify the teleconference centers, where the TSAT remotes are functional.

2) Tagging Principals/ HMs/in-charge HMs, Science & Mathematics teachers to the teleconference centre and appointment of custodian to monitor the attendance of the participants. 3) Give instructions to the HMs of the schools who have TSAT network to attend the

teleconference on 16th June, 2023 along with Science & Mathematics teachers and

students of class 8-10.

4) Send a report to the SCERT on the attendance of the participants in the teleconference.

Therefore the DEOS are requested to give necessary instructions to all the school heads, Science & Mathematics teachers and students of classes VIII & X to participate in the said teleconference.

This teleconference can also be viewed through TSAT official Nipuna channel of YouTube. Therefore the HMs, Science & Mathematics teachers and students can avail the opportunity to view the programme through YouTube.
