Supply of Notebooks to the children of Classes VI to XII of all Govt Schools year 2023-24
All the District Educational Officers & EO-DPOS, SS in the State are informed that Government is providing Note Books to the children of Classes VI to XII of all Government, Local body, TREIS, Model Schools, KGBVS and Urban Residential Schools during the academic year 2023-24. In this context, supply orders were placed in favour of Telangana State Trade Promotion Corporation (TSTPC) Ltd., Hyderabad vide reference cited to deliver Note books at District Level to the District Managers of NTB of the Districts concerned by 05.06.2023 and the following are communicated herewith to enable for distribution of Notebooks to Mandal point.
i)
Copy of Lr.No.1885/SS/T7/2023, Date: 30.05.2023 addressed to the General Manager (PPD), TSTPC Ltd., Hyderabad pertaining to District wise indent for verification before distribution to the Mandal point.
ii) Statement showing the details of variety wise note books, class wise pertaining to District wise indent as per Annexure - I.
Statement showing Mandal wise, Class wise & variety wise indent for supply of Note books to the Children of Classes VI to XII as per Annexure-II for distribution to the Mandal point.
In this context, the DEOS & EO-DPO, SS are informed that distribution of Note books to the Schools shall be as per following criteria.
