 Read the following:- 

1. G.O.Ms.No.3 9 , Finance (HRM.IV) Department, dated: 15.04.2015. 

2. G.O.Ms.No.86, General Administration (Spl.C)) Department, dated: 18.05.2018.

 3. G.O.Ms.No.51, Finance (HRM.IV) Department, dated: 11.06.2021. 

4. D.O.No.VIP/MOS-SJE(RA)/2022/8501, Minister of State for Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India, New Delhi, dated: 23.6.2022.

 O R D E R: 

1. In the Government Order 3 rd read above, based on the recommendations of First Pay Revision Commission, orders were issued implementing the Revised Pay Scales, 2020 to the State Government employees. 

2. The First Pay Revision Commission, inter alia, has recommended for enhancement of ceiling for various existing advances for which Government employees are eligible as per Rules. 

3. Government, after careful consideration of the recommendations of the First Pay Revision Commission and in modification of the existing orders issued in Government order 1 st read above, governing sanction of advances to Government employees, hereby enhance the ceilings as recommended by the First Pay Revision Commission, below:
