All the RJDSES and the DEOS in the state are here by informed that as a part of the implementation of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) programme, it was felt that using teaching learning material (TLM) would improve the performance level of the students studying in primary schools, hence to improve the usage of TLM in classroom practices, to share knowledge and best practices among the primary school teachers, school level and Mandal level TIM melas have been organized in all the districts during December 2022 to January 2023.

In order to showcase the efforts of the teachers District level melas shall be conducted in the districts on 20.6.2023 on Vidya Dinotsavam as a part of Telangana Dashabdi Utsavalu Hence 10 best exhibits of each Mandal should be displayed in the district level TLM mela covering subjects Telugu, English, Urdu, Maths and EVS. After judgement the prizes should be distributed to the teachers of 1" and 2nd best exhibits in each subject. The dates of State Level TLM Mela will be informed separately.

Further, the District Educational Officers of Hyderabad. Rangareddy and Medchal Malkajgiri Districts are requested to furnish the list of best 5 TLM exhibits subject wise to showcase at state level programme on 20.06.2023.

Hence the DEOS are requested to invite Public Representatives, parents etc organize district level TLM melas in their districts in a befitting manner.
