Sanction is hereby accorded for release of an amount of Rs. Rs. 94,50,000/-

(Rupees Ninety Four Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) as advance to the Director, SCERT, Hyderabad and DEOS & EO-DPOS, SS of (33) Districts in the State to meet the expenditure for conduct of FLN Trainings at State, District and Mandal Level Trainings in the month of July, 2023 as below (Schedule is enclosed).

In this context, the Director, SCERT, Hyderabad and all the 33 DEOS are requested to organize the FLN Trainings as per schedule and make necessary arrangements for prepare actual expenditure statement and settle the accounts by submitting the UCS to the State Finance Controller of this office.

The State Finance Controller of this office is requested to make necessary arrangements for releasing the estimated budget of Rs. 14,40,275/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Fourty Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy Five only) to the Director, SCERT, Hyderabad (Bank account no. 0606101561942, Canara Bank, Abid Road Branch, IFSC Code: CNRB0000606) and the balance amount of Rs. 80,09,725/- (Rupees Eighty Lakhs Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Five only) to the districts as per the statement enclosed. The budget may be booked under the Head of "Nipun Bharat - Sub Activity - Capacity building of Teachers of Grades I to V - Elementary Level" of AWP & B of 2023-24 as per the district-wise statement enclosed to the proceedings.
