With reference to the Subject cited above certain teachers of Suryapet Mandal are attended to the S.S.C.Public Examination Centers as invigilators and Examination Clerks in Summer Vacation during the year 2022 from 23.05.2022 to 01.06.2022. They requested to preserve Earned Leaves during the summer vacation period, as per the provisions.

According to Ref 1,2,3,4 cited the Heads of Institutions are authorized to Preserve Earned Leaves to the teachers who were prevented from utilizing summer vacation due to SSC Public Examinations in May-2022.The Teachers working in this Suryapet Mandal and who were drafted for SSC Public Examinations duties in May-2022 are eligible for above provision of Earned Leave preservation as per the rules.

Hence, The Concern School Complex Head Masters are pleased to preserve Earned Leaves and credit to the Earned Leave Account of Teachers who were drafted for S.S.C.Public Examinations duties in May 2022.In connection with S.S.C. Public Examinations as detailed in the Annexure appended to this order. Necessary entries are made in Service Register of individual.
