All the District Educational Officers of Multi Zone II are hereby instructed that no FAC arrangements should be made for the post of Deputy Educational Officers, Dy. Inspector of Schools and Mandal Educational officer at their level without prior permission from the undersigned.

If any deviation in this matter, will be viewed seriously and action will be initiated against them as per Rules in force.

Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
