The attention of all the District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio District Project Officers of Samagra Shiksha in the State is invited to the reference read above through which it has been requested to ensure finalization of student enrollment on UDISE+ portal by 28.10.2023 with specific action plan at Complex Level, Mandal Level, District Level and at Regional Level.

In continuation to the reference read above, they are informed that student enrollment on UDISE+ Portal as on 28.10.2023 shall be considered for advance indent for supply of Free Textbooks to the students for the Academic Year 2024-25 and advance indent for supply of Uniform Cloth to the students for the Academic Year 2024- 25. As such, the HMS of respective schools and concerned managements in the District shall update the student enrolment on UDISE+ by 28.10.2023.

Therefore, they are requested to ensure that the HMS of respective schools and concerned managements in the District shall update the student enrolment on UDISE+ Portal on or before 28.10.2023 by 5.00 PM as the student enrollment on UDISE+ Portal as on 28.10.2023 shall be considered for advance indent for supply of Free Textbooks and supply of Uniform Cloth to the students for the Academic Year 2024-25.
