The attention of the Deputy Educational Officers, Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters in the Erstwhile Ananthapuramu District are invited to the reference 1st read above, wherein orders were issued to man the (5,809) vacant School Assistant posts through eligible and senior SGTs, by providing Subject Teachers Allowance @2500/- per month, till the promotions are given as per the directions given by the Hon'ble High Court in pending Writ Petitions.

In the reference 4th read above, the Commissioner of School Education, has requested the Government regarding creation of the detailed head with nomenclature of "Subject Teacher Allowance" and also for sanction of total budget under revenue expenditure required for the financial year for payment of Subject Teachers Allowance @2500 to the eligible SGTs for the 5809 vacant School Assistant posts.

Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of School Education, to draw the Subject Teachers Allowances under "Sub-Detailed Head 012" and issue necessary Instructions to Treasuries for admitting the same.

Therefore all the Mandal Educational Officers in the erstwh..e

Ananthapuramu District are instructed to draw the subject Teacher Allowances @ Rs.2500/- per month to the teachers who were temporary allotted to work in School Assistant Posts as Subject Teachers during the academic year 2022-2023 under "Sub-Detailed Head 012" and submit compliance.

This should be treated as most urgent..
