The District Education Officers, Kakinada, Vizianagaram YSR Kadapa and Ananthapur is informed that, the supply of Cleaning Chemicals i.e (1) Bathroom Cleaner (2) Toilet bowl cleaner and (3) Air freshener in bulk quantities to all Govt. Schools/Junior Colleges and other welfare institutions have been extended for one more year vide reference 2ndcited, accordingly, the firms have supplied the material.

As per the Tender Document condition 4.2.1 "The Authority shall have a right to inspect test cleaning agents/Chemicals to confirm to the given. set/ fixed specification /standards, designs etc., these purposes and other conditions specified under condition no.4.2.2 / 4.2.3.1.1 and 4.1.(b).

The random samples of chemicals supplied by M/s Rossari India biotech Ltd., are identified for analysing and testing the chemicals as mentioned below:

(a) Bathroom Cleaner one 5 ltr/1ltr can

(b) Toilet Bowl Cleaner: one 5 ltr/1ltr can

c) Air Freshener: one 5 ltr/1ltr can (

Therefore, the District Education officers of Kakinada, Vizianagaram YSR Kadapa and Ananthapur are requested collect the samples one set from any one of the School and to depute the concerned along with the sample bottle of chemicals identified as above, and hand over to this office under proper acknowledgement and report compliance immediately.
