In accordance with the orders issued by the authorities, the District Educational Officer, Hanumakonda, has made arrangements to give more practice in all subjects to SSC students through practice papers, well before the Public Examinations March, 2024.

The schools of all managements are here by informed that SSC Special Tests for Class-X will be held as per the time table given below. The leftover syllabus after conducting of SA- I will be considered for special tests.

SSC SPECIAL TEST SCHEDULE

All Head of the Institutions are instructed to maintain the Question Papers account.

The Head of the Institutions are instructed to make necessary corrections if any in the Question Papers before issuing them.

As per instructions of the District Collector and Magistrate, Hanumakonda Answer scripts of all subjects should be handed over to neighboring Schools so that they can be valued by the teachers of their respective subjects at that school. In turn their answer scripts can be valued in the same way

mutually throughout the district.

The Head of the institutions are instructed to post the marks in Google spread sheet and School records

after valuation of the answer scripts.

All the Head of the institutions, MEOs, Nodal Officers and Teachers will be held responsible for smooth

conduct of Special Tests.

The Pre-Final Examinations scheduled will be communicated soon, the Second Set of March, 2023 will be

the Pre-Final Question Papers.

All the MEO's, Custodians and Joint custodians are requested to take immediate action and inform the

Schools of all managements about the examination schedule as well as post examination activities in all

High Schools. In any queries the HM's may contact 9441376662.
