Anent to the above subject and ref cited, it is decided to conduct Special Test and Pre final examinations for SSC students to prepare them for public examinations which will be commenced from 18.03.2024. Practice Test will be conducted from 09.02.2024 to 19.02.2024 by withdrawing the SET-II of March-2023 Public Examinations and Pre-final examinations will be conducted from 01.03.2024 to 11.03.2024 as per the Annexure enclosed.
All the Heads of the Govt/ZP High Schools/KGBVs/TSMSs and Aided Schools in
the District are instructed to conduct Special Test and Pre-final examinations as per the
schedule. They are further instructed to value the answer scripts immediately after the examinations send the marks list to this office and conduct review meeting with the parents.
All the Mandal Educational Officers are instructed to with draw the SSC Public Examinations March 2023 (SET-II) paper from Police Stations/DTO concerned and distribute them to the school points. They are further instructed to collect the Pre final papers from DCEB, Karimnagar on or before 27.02.2024.
