Guidelines for conducting One day orientation program on Strategies and action plan for better results of NAS 2024, for the teachers at Mandal /Complex level.
Mandal level - Primary:
➤ Orientation shall be conducted in 2 spells.
➤ 50% of the Mandal primary teachers shall attend in spell 1 and remaining in spell 2.
➤ Alternate arrangements shall be made wherever single teacher working school.
➤ Schools should not be closed under any circumstances.
The 4 (four) resource persons who are trained in district level shall plan for four (4) subjects according to the given schedule.
➤ For the Urdu Medium teachers training shall be taken up at district/division /complex level as per your convenience.
➤ All the teachers who attend the training in Mandal / School complex should bring textbooks.
Subject complexes- High schools:
➤ Orientation shall be conducted to the high school teachers at subject school complexes.
➤ The complex resource persons who got trained at District Level shall plan the sessions according to the given schedule.
➤For the Urdu Medium teachers training shall be taken up at district /division/complex level as per your convenience.
➤ All the teachers who participate in subject complex orientation should bring the Text books concerned.
While conducting the subject complexes, Mathematics & Physical Science are to be conducted on different dates so that those who are handling class VI from UP and High schools can attend the subject orientation programme accordingly.
➤Schools should not be closed under any circumstances during the programme.
➤School complex HM shall supervise the orientation at the complex level.
General Instructions-:
➤ MEOS/MNO's shall supervise the orientation in all mandal under their jurisdiction and ensure to run the orientation smoothly.
➤ If MEO has the responsibility of more than one Mandal, then he should act as course director for on mandal and senior HM/MNO's shall be given charge for orientations in remaining Mandals.
➤ After the training program documentation should be sent to concerned District Authorities.
