Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of of Rs. 9,29,42,050/- (Rupees Nine crores Twenty Nine lakhs Forty Two Thousand and fifty only) to all the DEOs in the State towards the stitching charges of one pair of Uniforms for the Students of Classes I to XII @ Rs.50/- per pair for the academic year 2024-25. The DEOs & EO-DPO, SS in the State are requested to make necessary arrangements for releasing the amounts to the concerned SHG's account by obtaining the declaration from all schools. For any excess release of stitching charges to the SHGs, the DEOs shall be held responsible.

The State Finance Controller of this Office is requested to make necessary arrangements to release the uniforms stitching charges amount to all the DEOs in the State as shown above. The expenditure shall be met from the RTE Entitlement Free Uniforms intervention of PAB Minutes 2024-25 (Samagra Shiksha).
