School Complex Meetings Agenda to be held in July 2024

GUIDELINES TO CONDUCT THE SCHOOL COMPLEX MEETINGS AT PRIMARY LEVEL

30 and 31 July-2024 (Ref: RC No: 390/C&T/SCERT/TG/2024 Dt:26-07-2024 Vide: DSE, Hyd)

1. Orientation shall be conducted in TWO spells.

2. 50% of the Primary Teachers shall attend in SPELL1 and the remaining in SPELL2.

3. Alternate arrangements shall be made wherever Single Teacher Schools are working

4. Schools should not be closed under any circumstances.

5. All teachers(Dealing 1 to 5 classes from PS/UPS) shall have to attend the School Complex.

6. The Subject Resource persons trained at District shall conduct the Complex meetings as per the schedule.

7. Urdu Medium teachers shall attend the Complex meeting at URDU Complex, the RPs who are trained at the District shall take the sessions.

8. All teachers shall invariably have to bring Text Books with them.

9. Mandal Educational Officers and Mandal Nodal Officers shall supervise the Complex meetings, Incase of MEOs have the responsibility of more than one Mandal, MNOs shall take the lead.

10. The Documentation has to be sent to the District Administration on the same day.

11. Attendance is captured through Google form, apart from this manual attendance has to be recorded. The absentees list shall has to be sent to the District Office, MEOs may initiate stringent action in case of absence by the teacher. Complex Head Masters may report the absentees to the MRCs and District Administration.

12. The School Complex Agenda is as follows

1. ఓరియెంటేషన్ రెండు అక్షరాల్లో నిర్వహించబడుతుంది.

 2. 50% ప్రాథమిక ఉపాధ్యాయులు SPELL1లో మరియు మిగిలినవారు SPELL2లో హాజరు కావాలి.

 3. ఏక ఉపాధ్యాయ పాఠశాలలు ఎక్కడ పని చేస్తున్నాయో అక్కడ ప్రత్యామ్నాయ ఏర్పాట్లు చేయాలి

 4. పాఠశాలలను ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ మూసివేయకూడదు.

 5. ఉపాధ్యాయులందరూ (PS/UPS నుండి 1 నుండి 5 తరగతులకు సంబంధించినవారు) స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్‌కు హాజరు కావాలి.

 6. జిల్లాలో శిక్షణ పొందిన సబ్జెక్ట్ రిసోర్స్ పర్సన్లు షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకారం కాంప్లెక్స్ సమావేశాలను నిర్వహిస్తారు.

 7. ఉర్దూ మీడియం ఉపాధ్యాయులు URDU కాంప్లెక్స్‌లోని కాంప్లెక్స్ సమావేశానికి హాజరు కావాలి, జిల్లాలో శిక్షణ పొందిన RP లు సెషన్‌లను తీసుకుంటారు.

 8. ఉపాధ్యాయులందరూ తమ వెంట టెక్స్ట్ బుక్స్ తీసుకురావాలి.

 9. మండల్ ఎడ్యుకేషనల్ ఆఫీసర్లు మరియు మండల్ నోడల్ ఆఫీసర్లు కాంప్లెక్స్ సమావేశాలను పర్యవేక్షిస్తారు, MEO లకు ఒకటి కంటే ఎక్కువ మండలాల బాధ్యత ఉంటుంది, MNO లు నాయకత్వం వహిస్తారు.

 10. డాక్యుమెంటేషన్ అదే రోజు జిల్లా పరిపాలనకు పంపాలి.

 11. హాజరు Google ఫారమ్ ద్వారా క్యాప్చర్ చేయబడుతుంది, ఇది కాకుండా మాన్యువల్ హాజరును నమోదు చేయాలి.  గైర్హాజరైన వారి జాబితాను జిల్లా కార్యాలయానికి పంపాలి, ఉపాధ్యాయులు గైర్హాజరైన పక్షంలో MEOలు కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవచ్చు.  కాంప్లెక్స్ హెడ్ మాస్టర్లు గైర్హాజరైన వారిని MRCలు మరియు జిల్లా పరిపాలనకు నివేదించవచ్చు.
