Sub:- SE Department - PM POSHAN (Mid Day Meals Scheme) - Certain Instructions issued - Reg.
The personal Attention of all the District Educational Officers is invited to discussions held on 30.07.2024 in the zoom Meeting held by Director, School Education. the following issues are reiterated for compliance.
1. Budget: Payment of PM POSHSAN (Mid Day Meals) bills.

Ensure the submission of MDM bills IX & X class Cooking cost. Egg cost and Additional Honorarium Rs.2000/- to Cook cum Helpers to the extent of budget released in the Treasuries and updation of token numbers in Google Spread Sheet.
Submit the budget requirement for I to VIII class Cooking cost and Cook cum Helpers Honorarium of Rs.1000/- for the month of July 2024 by 5th August 2024.
2. MIS Monthly Data Entry: The DEOs are requested to issue instructions to all MEOS/CCOS/MIS of Mandal level to collect monthly data from all the schools by 3rd of every month and enter the MIS monthly Data in PM POSHAN MIS Portal by 5th of every month.
3. DBT Data Entry: The DBT Data entry should be made in PM POSHAN MIS Portal at District level by 6th of every month.
4. Mobile App daily reporting: The DEOs are requested to ensure 100% reporting of MDM taken daily in Mobile App at School level or in Web Portal at Mandal level by 2 PM every day. The Government of India is monitoring on daily basis.
5. School Nutrition Gardens: Ensure formation of School Nutrition Gardens in the schools where place is available.
6. Health Check-ups: Completion of Health Check-ups of all the students in consultation with Medical Department as per RBSK schedule.
The District educational Officers are requested to take prompt action on the above issues immediately.
