In pursuance of the orders issued in Government orders read above, the Director, School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad is pleased to accord sanction for an amount of Rs.1174.35 Lakhs (Rupees Eleven Crores Seventy Four Lakhs and Thirty Five Thousand only) towards additional commitment of State Government for payment of Honorarium to Cook-cum-Helpers @ 2000/- per month under PM POSHAN for 2024-25.
Therefore all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to allot the amounts to the Mandal Educational officers to draw and disburse the amounts as shown in the Annexure to the implementing agencies as per the requirements keeping in view the rules in force and instructions issued from time to time. They are also informed that the payments are to be made through treasury only.
Further, they are also requested to issue release orders to the MEOs to implement the scheme in accordance with the guidelines and instructions issued by the Government from time to time and also follow the modalities for effective financial transactions of bills.
The amount sanctioned is debit able to the following heads of account:-
