5. Orders dated: 11.07.2023 of the Hon'ble High Court I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.17995 of 2023.
6. Hon'ble High Court Orders dated:12.09.2024 in W.P.No.17995 of 2023.
In pursuance of the orders in the reference 1 to 6th read above, and as per the option exercised by the individuals through web counselling vide reference 4th read above, the Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) in Chemistry Subject at Telangana Model Schools in Zone VI as shown in Annexure are hereby transferred and posted to the new stations.
The Principal concerned are requested to relieve immediately the Post Graduate Teachers of Chemistry Subject who are transferred with instructions to report at their new stations.
The PGTs of Chemistry subject shall abide the terms and conditions as stipulated by the Government and are liable for any action deemed fit for violation of orders if any.
The Principal concerned are requested to make necessary entries in the Service Register of the individual regarding the Date of Relieving/Date of joining and availment of Special Category / Preferential Category if utilised under proper attestation.
Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
