Sub:- Telangana Samagra Shiksha Community Mobilization Conduct of Parent Teacher Meeting for the month of October, 2024 on 19.10.2024 on the theme of APAAR and Supporting your children during examinations in all Government & Local body Schools Certain Instructions Issued - Reg.

The attention of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, Hyderabad & Warangal and all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above.

They are informed that Parent Teacher Meeting for the month of October, 2024 is to be held on 19.10.2024 in all Government & Local body Schools in the State as per guidelines issued in the reference 1st read above. The theme of this Parent Teacher Meeting is APAAR and Supporting your children during examinations.

In this context, they are requested to ensure the following.

i) Prior intimation to parents by sending invitation in writing through the students of the School by HMs well in advance to invite them for PTM in order to ensure 100% participation by parents as role of parents is crucial for academic growth of their children.

ii) To connect the school with society in general and in particular with the major stake holders of school i.e., parents.

 iii) To get the support of Parents to improve enrollment.

iv) To involve parents as key stake holders in school developmental activities and for academic growth of the students and the Institution.

v) HMs shall specially focus on parents who did not turn up so far for PTMs and to ensure their attendance.

vi) Send an invitation to the parents indicating time and date of the PTM, request the parents to bring their phones to the meeting. vii) During the Parent Teachers Meeting the Head masters/Teachers shall share the details and install Intinta Chaduvula Panta (ICP) app in the mobiles of the parents.

సమస్త పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు, ఉపాధ్యాయులకు తెలియజేయునది ఏమనగా....

DSE, Hyd గారి ఆదేశాల మేరకు 19.10.2024 రోజున మీ పాఠశాలలో తల్లిదండ్రుల ఉపాధ్యాయుల సమావేశం (PTA) నిర్వహించాలి.

💥దాని కొరకు దిగువ తెలిపిన ముందస్తు ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోగలరు.

- ఫ్లెక్స్ సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలి 

- ప్రతి పేరెంట్ కి వ్యక్తిగత ఆహ్వానాన్ని (Invitation) పంపించాలి. Acknowledgments భద్రపరచుకోవాలి.

- Agenda & Poster ప్రింట్ తీసుకొని సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి. 

- ఎక్కువ సంఖ్యలో తల్లిదండ్రులు హాజర య్యే విధంగా సమావేశపు సమయాన్ని నిర్ణయించుకోవాలి

- సమావేశపు సమయాన్ని CRP ల ద్వారా కాంప్లెక్స్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు మండల విద్యాధికారి గారికి తెలియజేయాలి.

- తల్లిదండ్రులు సమావేశానికి వచ్చేటప్పుడు తప్పనిసరిగా వారి Smart Phone ను వెంట తెచ్చుకోవాలని ఆహ్వానం లో తెలియపరచండి.

- మీటింగ్ మినిట్స్ రిజిస్టర్ ను అందుబాటులో ఉంచుకోవాలి 

- సమావేశంలో రోజున ఎవరికి ఎలాంటి సెలవు మంజూరు చేయకూడదు.

🔹HM shall download the resources of Parents Teachers Meeting from the School Education App before the conduct of Parents Teachers Meeting using the school credentials.

🔹 ఇంటి వద్ద చదివే మూల (Reading Corner)ను ఏర్పాటు చేసిన తల్లిదండ్రులను అభినందించాలి

🔹Showcase the following performances of students in front of the parents 

- చిత్రలేఖన ప్రదర్శన 

- విద్యార్థుల సాధనల కుడ్యము/ పురస్కారాలు 

- పుస్తక పఠన ప్రదర్శన 

- కథలు చెప్పడం 

- రోల్ ప్లే ....మొదలైనవి

🔹 పరీక్షల సమయంలో పిల్లలకు సహాయపడేందుకు చిట్కాల గురించి వివరించండి

- పరీక్షల ముందు ప్రశాంతమైన మరియు సంతోషకరమైన వాతావరణాన్ని కల్పించాలి.

- ఆరోగ్యకరమైన ఆహారాన్ని అందివ్వాలి

- పిల్లలు చదువుకునేందుకు అనుకూలంగా ఇంటి వాతావరణన్ని ఉంచాలి 

- పరీక్షల తర్వాత పిల్లల ప్రయత్నాలను వాటి ఫలితాలతో సంబంధం లేకుండా అభినందించాలి 

- ఇతరులతో ఎప్పుడూ పోల్చవద్దు

- వచ్చేసారి ఏ విధంగా మెరుగుదలకు కృషి చేయవచ్చో సలహాలు ఇవ్వాలి.

- అర్థం చేసుకోవడానికి కష్టం అనిపించే అంశాలను వారంతట వారే ఉపాధ్యాయులను అడగమని ప్రోత్సహించాలి 

- టీవీ మొబైల్ ఫోన్ వంటి పరికరాల ప్రమేయం తగ్గించాలి.

🔹తల్లిదండ్రులకు ఇంటింటా చదువుల పంట (ICP) యాప్ వారి ఫోన్లో డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవడానికి సహకరించగలరు

🔹సమావేశంపై తల్లిదండ్రులు వారి అభిప్రాయాన్ని పంచుకోవడానికి వీలుగా ఒక పెన్ను రిజిస్టర్ అందుబాటులో ఉంచి అందులో రాయమని చెప్పాలి

🔹 ఇప్పటివరకు ఇంటి వద్ద తమ పిల్లల చదువు కోసం అభ్యసన స్థలాన్ని *(చదివే మూల - Reading Corner)* ఏర్పాటుచేయని తల్లిదండ్రులను గుర్తించి, వెంటనే ఏర్పాటు చేయమని తెలియపరచి, దాన్ని ఫోటో తీసి మీకు పంపించమని చెప్పగలరు.

ప్రతి నెల మూడవ శనివారం *నో బ్యాగ్ డే* నిర్వహించాలి. అందులో భాగంగా విద్యార్థులచే *బాల సభ* నిర్వహించాలి. అందులో విద్యార్థులతో దిగువ తెలిపిన కార్యక్రమాలను నిర్వహించగలరు.

- Anchoring, పాటలు, కవితలు, GK, Dance, Jokes, ఏకపాత్రాభినయం, సామెతలు పజిల్స్, పద్యాలు, శ్లోకాలు విచిత్ర వేషధారణ, అంత్యాక్షరి (పదాలు చెప్పడం), సృజనాత్మక కృత్యాలు, ఎక్కాలు చదివించడం మొదలైన వాటితో పాటు విద్యార్థుల్లో ఉన్న ప్రతిభను వెలికి తీయడానికి ఉన్న అవకాశాలు కల్పించడం.

దాని కొరకు ముందస్తుగా పాఠశాలలో ఉన్న IFPs, Projectors, K-yans లాంటి ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ ఎక్విప్మెంట్ సరిగ్గా ఉన్నాయో లేదో సరిచూసుకొని వీలైతే రిహార్సల్ చేసుకుని సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి.
