All The District Educational Officers in the state are here by informed that, Govt of India as approved PMSHRI (PM Schools for Rising India) in 1st Phase schools 543 in 2023-24 and 2nd phase schools 251 in 2024-25 total 794 PM SHRI (PM Schools for Rising India) further the Mandal Educational Officers Regular and (FAC) under their Jurisdiction of District Educational Officers in the state are designated as PMSHRI Nodal Officers for their Mandals to monitor PMSHRI Activities viz School Component grants, career counseling, Maths & Science circles, FRS attendance, exposure visits, Chelmi activities etc., and it has come to the notice of undersigned that a lot of PMSHRI schools Head Masters have not changed the school name board and not inserted PMSHRI Logo in the name board, to and PMSHRI school Head Masters ar instructed to take immediate necessary action in the matter.

Further as per ref 2nd cited the Director of school Education has instructed all the District Educational Officers in the state to ensure proper supervision, implementation of schemes and programmes, academic inspections, to improve learning out comes of students and to provide quality education, it is decided to place Mandal Nodal Officer in the Mandal as M.E.O (FAC) in the Mandals, where the regular MEOs and MEOS (FAC) is not available. (b) The MEOS (FAC) who have been discharging Mandal Educational Officer duties shall continue as MEOS FAC in their respective Mandal, and MNOS of concerned

Mandal shall not be given Mandal Educational Officer FAC in their places.

Therefore all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to

communicate the same to all Mandal Educational Officers and PMSHRI schools Head
