✅ అలాగే ప్రతిరోజు రేపటి నుండి మొబైల్ లో ఫోటోలు తీయాలి.. భద్రపరచాలి 

 ✅అతి త్వరలో మొబైల్ యాప్ తయారు చేయబడుతుంది.వాటిని దానిలో అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి.

 ✅అలాగే మొబైల్ యాప్.. వచ్చిన తర్వాత.. ప్రతిరోజు మధ్యాహ్న భోజనముకు ముందే..ఫోటోలు అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి.

SCDD Constitution of Institution Level Food Safety Committee for all Schools / Hostels / Residential Schools / KGBVs / AWCS Orders Issued.

The Government of Telangana is running various Schools, Welfare Hostels, Residential Schools & Anganwadi Centers under the Control of Scheduled Caste Development, Tribal Welfare, B.C.Welfare, Minority Welfare, Women Development & Child Welfare Department & School Education Department.

2. Government of Telangana gives utmost importance to the welfare and holistic development of children. A well-nourished diet cooking in a safe, hygienic manner plays a pivotal role in physical development and mental well being of children. In this regard, Government provides nutritious diet in Government schools, Institutions (day and residential) and Anganwadi centres.

3. In this context, the Government has decided to constitute a Institution Level Food Safety Committee to oversee the implementation of Cooking and serving food in various institutions to prevent food contamination and food borne illnesses.

4. The Committee shall consist of Head of the Institution (Head Master / Principal / Warden etc.) and 2 other staff members working in the Institution.

i. The committee shall inspect the store room & Kitchen before cooking every meal and ensure the quality of provisions & hygiene in the kitchen room.

ii. They should taste the food after every meal preparation to check food quality and then only it should be served to all children.

iii. Every day Committee shall take photos of the activities listed above (I & II) and shall keep it in record without fail, till the Nodal Department develops a mobile based app that would allow instant uploading of photos taken in each institution before every meal.

5. The District Collectors should ensure that Mandal / Divisional / District level officer kept as supervisory officers for each institution. They should visit before and after cooking, eat food before serving others as far as possible. They should take photos and share the same at District level.

6. The District Collectors shall constitute the Institution Level Food safety. Committee for all institutions in the District (Schools / Hostels / Residential Schools / KGBVS/AWCs) and ensure that the food served in all institutions is safe, hygienic and well nourished.
