Principals of all Govt. DIETs are hereby informed that, in view of the forthcoming SSC Examinations, the District Educational Officers and the Principals of Govt. DIETs are requested to conduct training programmes on "Career Counselling and Guidance" for (1) active School Assistant from each High School (Govt., / Local Body, Model Schools / KGBV/ TREIS) from 30-01-2025 to 31-01-2025 in their respective districts under their jurisdiction as per the schedule (Annexure-I).

The Principals of Govt. DIETs are further requested to meet the expenditure to conduct the above mentioned training programme mentioned at Annexure-I from Samagra Shiksha Budget available at DIETs as per Samagra Shiksha norms.

The DEO concerned shall be act as Course Director and Govt., DIET Principal of district shall be act as Course Coordinator for the programme.

In this context, all the DEOs and Principals of all Govt. DIETs are informed that they may utilize the services of State Resource Persons (98) who got trained (Annexure-II), at district for this programme and also utilize the services of experts available at their districts in the field of career counseling and guidance. Two day training programme schedule (Annexure-III) and resource person module is herewith enclosed.

Therefore all the DEOs and Govt., DIET Principals are requested to take necessary action accordingly and also submit the compliance report by 03-02-2025.
