Sub: School Education Adilabad District Conduct the special classes to 10 class students revised schedule from 02.01.2025 for the academic year 2024-25 Instructions issued Reg:-

Ref: Instructions of the Collector & District Magistrate, Adilabad.

In complianceto the instructions of the Collector & District Magistrate, Adilabad vide reference read above, all theMEOs/ Head Masters/ SOs of KGBVs/Principals of Model Schools in the District are instructed to conduct the special classes for revision of syllabus to 10th class students at 08:15 AM to 9:15AM and 04:15 PM to 05:15PM from 02.01.2025 for the academic year 2024-25 on given days. The schedule of special classes and practice test to be conducted are enclosed.

Instructions:

1) Special classes to be conducted in the above two sessions in every day without fail.

2) The Principal/HMs/SOs should take special care in conducting of special classes in stipulated time.

3) Students should not be seated outside the school, on the porch, as part of special classes

4) Teachers who teach special classes must use a chalk board and Digital Panel borad with uses of soft copies of Abhyasa Deepikas

5) In the teaching of special classes, the previous lessons should be repeated and discussed on it without fail.

6) Particular attention should be taken on each student while taking special classes.

7) While teaching the lesson teacher & student must be in active Role.

8) Running notes must be maintained by the students while teaching

9) Every day home work must be given to the students and also correct the notes.

Any deviation in this matter will be viewed seriously.

NOTE: As per Re-orders of Dist.collector Adilabad Special Classes timings for SSC is 8.40 AM to 9.40 AM and Evening 4.30 PM TO 5.30 PM
