ORDER:
In the reference 8th read above, the Government adopted the rate of interest of 7.1% per annum for the period from 01.04.2023 to 30.09.2024 on the Provident Fund and other similar Funds maintained by the Government of Telangana on par with rates of Government of India. Accordingly, in the reference 9th read above, the Director of Insurance has furnished the table of benefits applicable for the period from 1st April, 2023 to 30th September, 2024 for consideration and approval.
2. Government, after careful examination of the proposal of the Director of Insurance, Telangana, Hyderabad, hereby order that, interest on the Telangana Group Insurance Saving Funds shall be allowed @ 7.1 % per Annum from 01.04.2023 to 30.09.2024.
3. The Director of Insurance, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
