I wish to inform that, 495 KGBVs are functioning in the state with an enrolment of 1,25,928 girls belonging to disadvantaged and under privilege sections of the society. Further, I wish to inform that contract staff of Samagra Shiksha including ANMs in the state are not attending duty since 11.12.2024, there is disruption of activities in the KGBVs causing unrest to students. Therefore, to ensure the health & safety of girls, I request you to bestow your personal attention to depute one ANM / ASHA worker to KGBVs in you district immediately till the normalcy is retained.
