2. Note approval of the Collector & District Magistrate and District Election Officer, Siddipet District.

On the basis of the instructions contained under reference 1st cited, the Collector & District Magistrate and District Election Officer, Siddipet is pleased to preserve the Earned Leaves to the attended polling personal for Election Duty who were prevented from availaing summer vacations as they have attended in General Elections to the HOP in May 2024.

Therefore, all the Head Masters of High School, School Complex Head Masters and Mandal Educational Officers in Siddipet District are hereby instructed to preserve the Earned Leaves (05) days to the POs/APOs and Earned Leaves (04) days to the OPOs duly verifying the attendance certificate with relevant documents and made necessary entries in the service register of the individuals.

Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
