In this regard, I undertake that in the event of considering my case for mutual

transfer, I have no objection to forego my lien and seniority in the old local cadres and accept to take the last rank in the new local cadre, as per Paragraph5 (2) (c) of the Presidential Order - 2018.

I further express my willingness and I am aware that my transfer is purely on

conditional transfer orders and my seniority in the new local cadre will be subject to final orders of The Hon’ble High Court in the Writ Petition filed questioning the G.O.Rt.No. 42, dt.19.02.2022.
