It has brough to the notice of the undersigned that, an incident that happened in a primary school as the school hours were over, all the teachers and students went home but the grandparents who always came to pick up a student could not come in time that on that evening for some reasons, and one student was left in the school stray dogs entered in the school and the child who was alone ran away in fear. The dogs chased him for a short distance along the streets and fortunately stopped, seeing the child who reached home with no help and staggering in fear, and the parents have decided not to send the child to that school again, although it is the responsibility of the parents to take their children to home after school hours, who cannot go home on their own, this incident highlights the need for a school staff members whether, an attender or clerical staff or a teacher or the principal, to remain at the school until all the students leave from the School.
