F No. 15-1/2024-IS-6, Dt: 09.04.2024 of the under Secretary, G.O.I, M.O.E, Department of School Education & Literacy, Sastry Bhavan, New Delhi.
Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs. 8,84,78,000/- (Rupees Eight crores Eighty four lakhs and Seventy eight thousand only) to SMCs Accounts of Head Masters of 24,234 schools. The budget has to be utilised towards the conduct of Youth and ECO club activities in the Schools during the year 2024-25 with involvement of Amma Adharsha Patasala Committee.

Therefore, the State Finance Controller of this office is requested to make necessary arrangements to release an amount of Rs. 8,84,78,000/- (Rupees Eight crores Eighty four lakhs and Seventy eight thousand only) to SMCs Accounts of 24,234 schools as per the school wise & district wise statement enclosed to these proceedings.
The Headmasters are requested to make documentation of the program along with photos and videos and send a copy to SPD office without fail.
The expenditure shall be met from the school wise budget at Major component "Quality Interventions", Sub component "Funds for quality (Elementary) & Innovation projects (Secondary & Sr. Secondary)" and Activity Master "Youth and Eco Club of AWP & B 2024-2025 of Samagra Shiksha (Recurring). -
The receipt of this proceedings along with the list of schools shall be acknowledged.
