Sub:-School Education- Change Of School Timings from 08.00 AM to 1.30 PM during the Holy month Ramadan 2025 to the Urdu Medium Govt., Aided Schools and DIET colleges in the state Certain instructions issued-Reg. -

Read:-1.Lr.NoSTUTS/15/2025, Dt: 11.02.2.2024 from President, State Teachers Union Telangana State, Hyderabad (STUTS).

2.Lr.No.21/UTA-TS/25, Dt:29.01.2025 from President Urdu Teachers Association (UTA-TS).

3.Lr.No.37/2025, dt: 02.02.2025 from State President, Telangana State Primary Teacher's Association, Hyderabad

The attention of RJDSE, Hyderabad and Warangal, all the District Educational Officers, and the Principals DIETs in the state are hereby informed that, change the school timings from 08.00 AM to 1.30 PM during the holy month of RAMADAN which is commencing from 02.03.2025 to 01.04.2025 (both days inclusive) and they are instructed to implement the above timings during the Ramadan Month in all Urdu Medium schools, Urdu medium sections of parallel medium schools and Urdu Medium sections of DIETs in the state.

Therefore, the RJDSE, Hyderabad & Warangal, all the DEOs in the state shall instruct the concerned school Headmasters/Principals to compensate the loss of working hours due to change of timings by working one extra day in case of Upper primary schools and secondary schools in case of Primary schools, they should work extra half an hour on two working days, as was done last year.

This has got the approval Director, School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad.
